Adjoins the tarmac road of Dehesa de los Montes approxmately 12 kms from Loja.  Site - 30,000 m2 + 74,000 m2 of "monte mediterráneo".  24,286 m2
"secano" of which 9,286 m2 have olives.  There are 5 houses with ruins the sizes of which are 80 m2 - 100 m2 - 120 m2 - 70 m2 and 110 m2.  The site
has water on 2/6th of it from a well.  It has no mains electricity, but there is this utility in the area
 

SITUACION: Junto al camino asfaltado de la Dehesa de los Montes.
A doce kilómetros de Loja aproximadamente. 
SUPERFICIE: Parcela de 30.000 m2:
74.000 m2 aproximadamente de monte mediterráneo.
25.000 m2 de secano menchón.
9.286 m2 e secano con olivos.
Posee cinco casas en ruinas las cuales tienen las siguientes superficies:
80 m2, 100 m2, 120 m2, 70 m2 y 110 m2.
DESCRIPCIÓN: El terreno tiene olivos, almendros y bosque mediterráneo. Tienen derecho a 2/6 partes del agua de un pozo.
Actualmente no tiene luz pero se está instalando en aquella zona.
